Hello Federal Funk Family,

The Federal Funk band members would like to extend a HEART-FELT THANK-YOU to all of you for your support. For those that could not make it to our performance, the atmosphere was exciting, dance floor was packed. The Dream Catcher Lounge quickly reached capacity and security had to close the doors to keep it safe. Everyone had a great time. Unfortunately the Semi-final judges made an “interesting” decision that did not fall in our favor. But all is good, we could not have got this far without your help.

You see every cloud has a silver lining, minutes before the show we were informed by the Viejas booking agent that they would like to have Federal Funk back at the Dream Catcher Lounge in September or October. So our fearless band leader, Calvin will be in contract negotiations with Viejas this week.

In the mean time, we will continue to perform our love for “Old School Funk” as long as we have you all to join in dance and sing along with us.
